Program Overview

The "Law and practice of contracts" course provides students with an in-depth knowledge of the law and practice of contracts, in particular commercial contracts. In particular, it offers training in negotiation and the drafting of complex contractual arrangements in collaboration with professional stakeholders. The contractual phenomenon is apprehended in various contexts (corporate law, international law, intellectual property, transport, etc.); an in-depth training in legal English completes the training.
