Program Overview

The Social Protection Law course offers students professionalization in a booming sector. They will be able to deal with a wide variety of issues (e.g. qualification of professional risks and their compensation, organizing the secondment of employees or setting up an expatriation operation, repetition of undue benefits or social security contributions, calculation of the base of social security contributions, accompanying an URSSAF check, calculation of basic and supplementary pensions, calculation of unemployment benefits and deferred compensation, choice of a provident organization and negotiation of a contract providing coverage for social risks, negotiation with provident organizations, mutuals or insurance companies, management of social security litigation before the TGI, social section, etc.).
