The BIOTECH course aims to train biochemists and biologists capable of understanding the problems of the professions of agroresource processing through a biological and/or biotechnological approach. The processing professions, in particular agro-resources, calling on multi-disciplinary skills, the training allows a contribution of knowledge at the interfaces of the fields of biology and chemistry.
