Program Overview

Dance, physical and sporting activities, martial arts, games, ritual practices... and more broadly body techniques are objects at the center of the master's degree. It trains students in ethnographic inquiry, activity analysis and the study of bodily experiencefrom a range of theories and methods from anthropology but also from other human sciences. The training allows students to question bodily practices in their individual and collective dimensions in a different way. She accompanies them in the construction of skills of immersion, observation and multimodal investigation specific to ethnographic work
