Program Overview

The "social psychology of intervention: audit and change management" course is intended to train psychologists specialized in supporting change at the individual, organizational or institutional level. It aims to develop the ability of graduates to mobilize theoretical models and methodologies from social psychology with the aim of developing and mastering intervention and change management approaches in three major areas of social life: work ( professional integration or management of psychosocial risks), public health (health education and prevention of risky behaviour) and citizenship (prevention of discrimination and promotion of social inclusion).
