The Master 1 Territorial and Intermunicipal Manager (MTI) is a first-year course for the Public Administration option. The main objective of the Master 1 MTI is to enable students to improve their knowledge and mastery of local authority management and administration techniques, to deepen knowledge in law, economics and social sciences,to immerse themselves in the world of work by completing an internship.

The Territorial Manager Master offers vocational training to students wishing to be operational in management positions in public, semi-public and private structures in charge of local development.It makes it possible to meet the development of skills and the needs of qualified professionals within structures acting for the administration and development of territories, both in the legal and economic fields, thanks to two options: Public governance ( legal field) and Design and evaluation of territorial public policies (economic field).
