Wood is used worldwide as a raw material, construction material and, as an important renewable raw material, it is being used more and more in completely new applications. The Holzwirtschaft Center in Hamburg-Bergedorf concentrates all competences in wood - from biology and chemistry to technology, ecology and economics. The master's program provides in-depth knowledge in all areas of the timber industry. The study program is supplemented by national and international excursions. Due to the close exchange with the research facilities of the Th nen Institute, there are many opportunities for specialization during the study. The master's program is also characterized by a high level of supervision.

Degree in the consecutive bachelor degree in wood economics at the University of Hamburg or a comparable study program at a university, or Degree in another bachelor's degree course, in which the consecutive bachelor's degree in wood economics provided comparable academic achievements, English skills, CV, Transcript of records, sufficient knowledge of German, TOEFL ibT of 92, IELTS of 6.5, C1 Advanced of 180 , letter of motivation
