The master program HRM / Personnel Policy pursues an interdisciplinary approach that is characterized by behavioral science and empirically founded. It explicitly includes the interests of and conflicts between personnel policy actors. The basic disciplines Business Administration, Organizational Sciences and Labor Law are flanked by sociological and economic topics. In addition to the core areas of human resource management and related areas such as labor market sociology and organizational theory, the offer includes the teaching of key skills such as team and project management, mediation or communication and conflict management.
