Program Overview

The master program HRM / Personnel Policy pursues an interdisciplinary approach that is characterized by behavioral science and empirically founded. It explicitly includes the interests of and conflicts between personnel policy actors. The basic disciplines Business Administration, Organizational Sciences and Labor Law are flanked by sociological and economic topics. In addition to the core areas of human resource management and related areas such as labor market sociology and organizational theory, the offer includes the teaching of key skills such as team and project management, mediation or communication and conflict management.

A first qualifying university degree in a social, economic or legal degree program with a good degree. In exceptional cases, graduates of other scientific programs may also be admitted, Relevant professional experience of at least six months full-time or 12 months part-time, Interdisciplinary qualification through the successful completion of courses in the areas of personnel, labor law and methods of empirical social research / statistics, German language skills (only for Bildungsauslaender / inside), CV, Transcript of records, TOEFL ibT of 92, IELTS of 6.5, C1 Advanced of 180 , letter of motivation
