Program Overview

The Management Construction Real Estate Infrastructure course is completed after four semesters of standard study time with the academic degree Master of Science. It is aimed at interested parties who have already acquired a first professional university degree in the fields of construction, real estate management or industrial engineering and would like to further expand their technical and methodological skills in the areas of construction, real estate and infrastructure.

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Engineering degree from a university, technical college or vocational academy in the field of management construction, real estate infrastructure or a professionally equivalent, recognized first professional university degree grade usually at least good, Subject-specific requirements Knowledge in the disciplines of mathematical basics, engineering basics, economic basics, subject-specific basics in the fields of construction, real estate and/or infrastructure, basics in law and contracts. linguistic proficiency: German language skills at competence level C1 according to DSH-2 or TestDaF at least 4 TDN4 or equivalent certificates
