Program Overview

Nowadays, entrepreneurs and managers are faced with the task of shaping innovations in the company and in society with the aim of a more sustainable future. In the Master Management and Entrepreneurship you will acquire the knowledge, the skills and the spirit to tackle complex challenges: working together on a future in which people can develop in a healthy environment. The master's is embedded in current academic discourses and debates, so that you will learn theories and empirical research methods on the one hand, but will also deal with practical problem-solving for companies, which also includes the founding of a company. Our approach consists of a consistent dovetailing of theory and practice as well as individual, reflected thinking combined with collaborative learning. The curriculum combines aspects of various disciplines such as psychology, management, organizational sociology, entrepreneurship, business informatics and finance, making it a unique educational opportunity for future managers who want to work towards a sustainable future.

Bachelors Degree and School Leaving Certificates and Transcripts, University entrance qualification and knowledge of English, School Leaving Certificates and Transcripts, IB Diploma is recognised throughout Germany as a university entrance qualification if certain conditions are met in terms of subject choice and grades, European Baccalaureate is a general higher education entrance qualification, Successful completion of the assessment test at a Studienkolleg, proof of sufficient proficiency in English: TOEFL- internet-based test with at least 92 points, Cambridge B2 First with at least Scale 175, Cambridge C1 Advanced with at least Scale 180, Cambridge C2 Proficiency with at least Scale 200, IELTS Academic Version with at least 6,5 Punkten, Pearson Test of English, Academic Test PTE Academic with at least 58 Punkten, TOEIC- 4 skills Test with least 850 points for listening and reading and at least 340 points for speaking and writing, German DSH-2.
