Design and development of intelligent software systems and interfaces have become increasingly important with the pervasiveness of mobile devices and ubiquitous technologies. In the English-language Human-Computer Interaction Master of Science programme, students focus on theoretical and practical issues in current Computer Science research in interface design and interactive system development.

Bachelor of Science degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science or a related technical-scientific field with a strong focus on computer science and HCI, average grade of your Bachelor's degree is at least 2.0 in the German system, your chances of acceptance are very good. Applications have to include a motivation letter of 2 to 4 pages length, explaining the specific motivation for doing an HCI degree, and an overview of educational or work experience, in particular regarding projects, internships, extracurricular activities or research activity with relevance for HCI
