Program Overview

The research-oriented Masters degree program in Informatik builds on the Bachelors degree program in Informatik or the Bachelors degree program in Computervisualistik. It is aimed at prospective students who wish to extend their academic skills, hone their qualification for executive positions by developing their profile and continue with their personal development following the successful conclusion of a Bachelors degree program.

Bachelors degree in Informatik or an equivalent degree with grade Good at least 2.5 or better, Graduates with the grade Satisfactory may be admitted if a positive study prognosis can be assumed, Bachelor degree with a CGPA above 65%, B or better, 2.5 or better in the German grading scheme, prove English skills by a TOEFL or IELTS test, English language skills are required at the level of B2, which means that a TOEFL result of 550 paper based / 213 computer based / 79 - 80 internet based, a IELTS 6,5 points, or higher are mandatory, German programs require German language skills DSH, level 2 or TestDAF, level 4 - a Goethe certificate or other language tests
