Program Overview

Building on the knowledge acquired in the bachelor's degree, the master's degree in computer science and engineering conveys the ability to independently analyze problems in engineering and computer science and to develop scientific methods for solving them and to use them sensibly. The master's degree in computer science engineering enables all graduates to be successful in their job throughout their professional life, as it is expressly not limited to teaching currently valid content, but rather has theoretically substantiated basic concepts and methods that are about current trends endure. The degree program takes this overarching goal into account in its entire design. In interdisciplinary events, basic concepts are presented in a coherent and interdisciplinary way, a well-founded education in the mathematical basics is imparted, and expanding and deepening modules of individual areas are offered.
