The ongoing miniaturisation in the microelectronics industry leads to systems that are now being referred to as nanoelectronic systems. Such systems are advantageous for a variety of applications, but their design and implementation is becoming increasingly complex. This programme focuses on three key1 areas: technologies for nanoelectronic systems, design of nanoelectronic systems and applications of nanoelectronic systems

Should a university degree that qualifies for a profession in the areas of electrical engineering, computer systems engineering, computer science, physics or equivalent fields, mastery of the English language at level C 1 of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages (CEFR), German language requiremnet:(DSH) with an overall score of at least DSH 2,test (TestDaF) with an overall score of at least TestDaF 4, Telc Deutsch C1 Hochschule, German Language Diploma of the Conference of State Ministers of Education and Cultural Affairs - Level II
