Additional Information & Requirements

Bachelors degree in industrial engineering at the University of Duisburg-Essen or an equivalent or comparable degree in the field of industrial engineering, a relevant course of study lasting at least three and a half years with a first professional degree and a total workload of at least 210 credits in the field of industrial engineering, a relevant degree from another university outside the scope of the Higher Education Framework Act, unless a significant difference in quality to a degree, a Bachelors degree in engineering or business administration from the University of Duisburg-Essen or from another universityProficiency in English Language Requirements: TOEFL pBT min 500 points, cBT min 200 points, or iBT, min 80 points, IELTS test with a score of at least 6.0, Cambridge B2 First Certificate, formerly known as Cambridge English: First FCE, Foreign applicants are required to provide evidence of German proficiency to DSH 2 level, evidence of your proficiency in German:German language test for entrance to higher education with an overall level of at least DSH 2, German language diploma level II of the KMK Standing Conference DSD II, telc C1 Hochschule certificate with an overall of ausreichend or higher, TestDaF certificate in ALL subsections to level TDN 4 or higher, Zentrale Oberstufenpr fung ZOP certificate from the Goethe Institute, Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom and/or Gro es Deutsches Sprachdiplom, Successful completion of the Studienkolleg assessment test
