Program Overview

The aim of the MA German Linguistics is the research-oriented acquisition of in-depth knowledge from diachronic and all sub-areas of synchronous German Linguistics, whereby both theoretical and empirical methods are taught. In the focus on language and cognition, in cooperation with the Institute for English and American Studies and the Institute for German Studies Abroad / German as a Foreign and Second Language, in-depth knowledge of theoretical approaches, models and methods in the field of cognitive language analysis is imparted
