Building on their outstanding and internationally recognised strengths in African Studies, the Universit t Bayreuth in Germany, the Universit Bordeaux Montaigne in France, and the Universidade do Porto in Portugal, have developed a Joint Master Programme in the framework of Erasmus Mundus Joint Master Degree. The European Interdisciplinary Master African Studies will spearhead innovative approaches in teaching African Studies.
Bachelor programme from a recognised university in the field of Social Sciences or Humanities African Languages and Cultures, History, Cultural Anthropology, Sociology, Geography, Development Studies, Political Science, Public Administration or other studies related to the Social Science or convincing application of other academic disciplines, A very good command of English (Common European Framework of Reference for Languages CEFR: C1.
