Basic research has provided valuable insights into the development, aging, function, and dysfunction of the brain and has shown multiple ways to modulate brain processes. Translational neuroscience uses this knowledge and technological advances to help developing new diagnostic procedures and therapies for patients with neurological or psychiatric disorders.

Bachelors Degree certificate and record of grades and subjects, School-leaving certificate original language version plus a German translation issued by a sworn translator; certificates issued in English and French do not need to be translated, Proof of academic performance to date and Bachelors Degree certificate where applicable original language version plus a German translation issued by a sworn translator; DSH certificate DSH 2/3 or equivalent proof of language proficiency, Preparatory College Studienkolleg in Germany: University entrance assessment test Feststellungspr fung certificate with a summary of subjects and grades, If you have already started a study programme at a German university: include the current certificate of enrolment from that university indicating the subject, intended degree and number of semesters, Holders of an International Baccalaureate (IB) must also include copies of certificates from the last two years of school indicating subjects and grades, as well as a certificate confirming 12 years of school attendance, Marriage certificate or corresponding proof, Proficiency in English Language Requirements: TOEFL pBT min 500 points, cBT min 200 points, or iBT, min 80 points, IELTS test with a score of at least 6.0, Cambridge B2 First Certificate, formerly known as Cambridge English: First FCE
