Program Overview

The Master's program in Mathematics takes students from a mathematical sub-area to the problems of current research. At the same time, the basic mathematical knowledge from the bachelor's program is supplemented. The course is designed to enable graduates to familiarize themselves quickly and independently with new areas outside of mathematics. For this reason, the study of an application subject is also part of the training. The two-year course consists of a one-year teaching program, which is followed by a study project followed by a master's thesis.
