LLM in European Business Law

The extra-occupational study program European Business Law offers students the opportunity to gain in-depth knowledge in European business law. The program is offered jointly by the Faculty of Law of the University of Hamburg and the Europa-Kolleg Hamburg. It offers professionals a highly qualified and application-based continuing education program, which places great importance on compatibility with work and family life. Students are taught a basic understanding of the legal framework of the Internal Market and the most economically relevant branches of European law. These include competition law, corporate law, labor and social law, capital market law and tax law. Particular attention is also paid to the economic aspects of the integration process. Subject-related English lessons and a training in working techniques and negotiation complete the offer.
