LLM International Economic Law

2 Years On Campus Masters Program

Leuphana University of Luneburg

Program Overview

The LLM The program focuses on international business law. It covers both the area of private and public international commercial law and thus interlocks two areas of law that are often treated in isolation from each other. This separation should be overcome within the framework of the study program in order to obtain an overall perspective on international commercial law, which also characterizes this area of law in practice. After completing your studies, you should have gained a comprehensive understanding of the order of international economic relations in the network of international law, European Union law and national economic law and have grasped the interaction of the different regulatory areas and their dynamics in the field of international economic law.
