Social development demands from all of us, and especially from actors in social systems and organizations, the need to ensure opportunities for equal opportunities and fairness (inclusion).With the 5-semester study program, the degree program addresses the societal need for inclusion-trained personnel in institutions, companies and the administration of education, mentoring and support, and conveys the necessary inclusion-oriented competencies in organizational development.

Should require have a Bachelor or equivalent degree may be admitted to the program Application for Admission, Credentials of baccalaureate, Tabular Resume, Proof of sufficient English language skills level B2 CEFR, German or English translation of foreign degrees and certificates, Certificate from the Akademische Pr fstelle (APS) at the German Embassy, Certified copy of your complete list of grade, Test scores: Goethe Zertifikat C2 GDS, Goethe Zertifikat B2.
