Program Overview

The content of the modules in the advanced phase is based on the research focus of the Institute of Physics and its partner institutions. In particular, our focus is on the field of materials research with a focus on semiconductor components/functional materials. This includes the identification and characterization of new materials for future silicon-based nanotechnologies, the development and investigation of innovative semiconductor devices / integrated sensors based on new physical concepts and / or new materials as well as spectroscopic analysis methods of interfaces and nanostructures
