Program Overview

The aim of the course is to convey a systematic orientation as well as the content and methodological foundations of economics and business education and didactics. The students acquire specialist knowledge and skills in order to work on economic relationships in professional teaching situations from a scientific point of view in a problem-oriented and interdisciplinary manner in order to convey them in school and extracurricular areas. The course primarily prepares students for teaching at vocational schools.

Foreign university entrance qualification must pass the German language test for university entrance DSH 3 level or the TestDaF TDN 4.5 before starting their studies, Proficiency in English Language Requirements: TOEFL pBT min 500 points, cBT min 200 points, or iBT, min 80 points, IELTS test with a score of at least 6.0, Cambridge B2 First Certificate, formerly known as Cambridge English: First FCE, Foreign applicants are required to provide evidence of German proficiency to DSH 2 level, evidence of your proficiency in German:German language test for entrance to higher education with an overall level of at least DSH 2, German language diploma level II of the KMK Standing Conference DSD II, telc C1 Hochschule certificate with an overall of ausreichend or higher, TestDaF certificate in ALL subsections to level TDN 4 or higher, Zentrale Oberstufenpr fung ZOP certificate from the Goethe Institute, Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom and/or Gro es Deutsches Sprachdiplom, Successful completion of the Studienkolleg assessment test
