Additional Information & Requirements

Bachelors degree in psychology at the University of Duisburg-Essen or an equivalent degree from another domestic or foreign university in accordance with Section 63a (1) HG with a total of 180 ECTS credits, ith the successfully completed Bachelors degree, the following knowledge must be demonstrated: knowledge of methods in psychology and statistics amounting to at least 15 credits, Empirical internship of at least five credits, Proficiency in English Language Requirements: TOEFL pBT min 500 points, cBT min 200 points, or iBT, min 80 points, IELTS test with a score of at least 6.0, Cambridge B2 First Certificate, formerly known as Cambridge English: First FCE, Foreign applicants are required to provide evidence of German proficiency to DSH 2 level, evidence of your proficiency in German:German language test for entrance to higher education with an overall level of at least DSH 2, German language diploma level II of the KMK Standing Conference DSD II, telc C1 Hochschule certificate with an overall of ausreichend or higher, TestDaF certificate in ALL subsections to level TDN 4 or higher, Zentrale Oberstufenpr fung ZOP certificate from the Goethe Institute, Kleines Deutsches Sprachdiplom and/or Gro es Deutsches Sprachdiplom, Successful completion of the Studienkolleg assessment test
