This is a taught programme that aims at providing graduates with a broad understanding in mass communication and computer-mediated communication; providing graduates with a technical know-how through hands-on training in interactive multimedia design and development and user interface design theories; and enabling graduates to apply creative multimedia applications to solve business problems in training, sales presentations, and to communicate with employees and customers.

Possess a pass grade in English in one of the following examinations: Hong Kong Advanced Level Examination (AS Level), Hong Kong Higher Level Examination, CUHK Matriculation Examination, General Certificate of Education A-Level/AS-Level; or achieve Level 4 or above in the English subject of the Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education (HKDSE) examination; or have a degree from a university in Hong Kong or have taken a degree programme of which the medium of instruction was English; or submit a minimum TOEFL score of 550 (or computer-based of 213 or above, or internet-based score of 79) or a minimum IELTS score of 6.5.
