Program Overview

The purpose of the course is to train certified viticulturists and wine engineers, who are aware of the interdisciplinary basic sciences (natural and social sciences) that underpin their profession, know the characteristics, innovative and up-to-date results of the grape and wine sector, the wine market, the thousand-year-old traditions of the sector, and embrace the Hungarian traditions of this field their culture, European and international outlook, and they use the latest results of science and practice at the level of skill, they are informed about the basic principles of the operation of the grape and wine sector. They are capable of cultivating their knowledge acquired in this special field internationally.
