The purpose of the training is to train food engineers who are specialists in the field of food science who are committed to their profession, have the appropriate learning outcomes, know and apply the latest scientific results in the field, and are informed in the fields of natural sciences and technical sciences. They are able to creatively apply their acquired professional knowledge in various food industry sectors. With the acquired knowledge of food science and the complex food chain related to it, they are able to organize and manage system-oriented work in the entire food industry vertical.
