Program Overview

The master's degree in social work in Hungary has two specializations: general and clinical social work . General social work primarily prepares you for social work education and scientific research. In addition to the above, the clinical social work specialization undertakes the transfer and deepening of special professional knowledge and skills. According to the KKK, the aim of the specialization is to promote social integration based on human rights and the principles of social justice and the performance and renewal of social work for human development. Furthermore, it contributes to the fact that the graduates can get involved in the training of social workers and be prepared to continue their studies in doctoral training.
