The purpose of the major is to prepare students for the preparation, planning, and implementation of IT-based business innovations and the management of the business-critical IT service background. The course provides up-to-date methodological and practical knowledge in the field of business analysis, IT management, digitalization, business intelligence, IT project management, IT audit, specialized (e.g. ERP) systems. In addition to technical interest, having managerial skills and aptitude for organizational and management tasks is also important.
