The aim of the master's program in Hungarian is to provide students with reliable knowledge of the historical processes of Hungarian and world literature, the theoretical issues of the approach to language and literature, the nature of the Hungarian language, its historical changes and current status, and to equip them with the correct and with knowledge of its nuanced use.In addition to providing its students with knowledge and competences comparable to those of the liberal arts department of the previous course, the master's course takes into account rather differentiated labor market needs by developing special professional knowledge and competences embodied in optional specializations
