Program Overview

The aim of the master's course is to train professionals who have interdisciplinary, complex knowledge of aspects of Hungarian culture, know its unique features and its European and regional parallels and embeddedness. At the same time, they are capable of effectively representing our national culture in other cultural code systems, conducting an unbiased examination of different national cultures, and participating professionally in intercultural dialogue. One of the important tasks of the Hungarianologist is to present the values of Hungarian culture and language to foreigners in an authentic and prepared manner
