The aim of the master's course is to train tourism management professionals for the labor market of the tourism industry, who, with professional competences and knowledge, are able to independently carry out planning, decision-making and management tasks in work areas directly or indirectly serving tourism, the relevant economic areas and organizations for the system-level analysis of its operation, the preparation of concepts, plans and studies related to the creation of the offer, organizational development, the implementation of development projects, and the management of enterprises and institutions. Graduates work, among other things, in municipalities, ministries, their background institutions, professional administration offices, tourist destination management organizations, they can be employed in tourism marketing companies and non-profit organizations.
