In the training, in addition to acquiring theoretical and methodological knowledge related to counseling, students can learn about modern methods and techniques of planning, strategy creation, change management, personnel work and human resource management. During the training, we also place great emphasis on the special knowledge of organizational and social psychology that fits this field. In line with European trends, emphasis is placed on career orientation, career psychology and life path planning.
