The training of professionals who, with their knowledge of IT and library science, have acquired it in the basic institutions of the information society: in libraries, in economic, business, public administration, state administration and cultural information service institutions and centers, in research and development organizations, as well as in other areas requiring IT librarian training - modern information technology using their entire toolbox - they are able to perform tasks related to the production, organization, processing, information and utilization of information content, as well as the planning and management of related services, and the transmission of culture. They have adequate knowledge and skills to continue their studies within the framework of doctoral training.
