The aim of the training is to train nutrition specialists who, with their health, food industry and natural science approach and knowledge, are able to develop quality foods, functional foods, dietary supplements, special formulas, medicinal products, medicinal products that take into account the aspects of health preservation in accordance with the increasing demands worldwide and high level nutrition science researcher, consultant, health educator, for the development of the regulatory system related to food safety and toxicological tests in intersectoral and social cooperation, in our country and in the European Union
