The civil law specialist training aims to teach legal science fields covering a wide range of private law, both from the point of view of legal theory and practical application of law. The taught legal material includes civil law in the narrower sense defined by national, EU and international private law, civil procedural law, family law, economic and commercial law, intellectual property law, labor law, in addition to banking law, judicial and administrative enforcement, consumer protection, business provides knowledge related to law, both in terms of legal material and legal practice, and in addition, it provides help in deepening basic psychological knowledge and technical language skills that can be used in resolving legal disputes.
