Program Overview

Within the framework of the MA program launched at the University of P cs in 2010, specialists are trained who have the general knowledge of archeology and the chosen disciplines or they are able to practice the craft of archeology with the knowledge they have acquired in the field of their auxiliary sciences. Knowing the archaeological methods of source exploration and source interpretation, they know the problems of at least two fields or eras. Graduates are capable of recognizing and searching for, exploring, documenting and processing archaeological sources and sites, as well as managing such museum collections.
