Program Overview

The aim of the training is to train specialists who have acquired the general knowledge of archeology and the chosen disciplines, or they are able to practice the craft of archeology with the knowledge they have acquired in the field of their auxiliary sciences. Our graduates are qualified to search for, explore and process archaeological sources and sites, as well as manage such museum collections. In addition to archaeological monuments, they also know other areas of cultural heritage and are prepared to perform basic tasks related to this heritage in any institution whose task is to explore, protect, process and present cultural heritage. In addition, they have the knowledge necessary to fulfill the role of archaeologist-museologist in public collections.
