The master's program in andragogy is a major in the humanities training area. We want to train andragogues who, with their acquired knowledge, are suitable for supporting the European community, catching up with developed countries, and for the differentiated development of the conditions of adult education and training. They know the problems of the social integration of the most disadvantaged strata and groups, and are capable of developing education and training institutions, tools and methods, as well as supporting physical and virtual access to learning opportunities
