Graduated with a Bachelor degree S1 from a PTN or PTS accredited institution at least level B, Minimum Grade Point Average GPA of S1 level of 2.5 for study programs accredited A, at least 2.75 for study programs accredited B, or a minimum of 3.0 for study programs accredited C, scanned registration form, scans of academic recommendation letters from two persons deemed able to provide an academic eligibility assessment , Color scan photo, scanned Identity Card KTP or passport for foreigners, scanned Family Card KK or family member data letter for foreigners, scan bachelor degree, scanned transcripts of S1 level grades, scan of study permit from the head of the relevant agency
