Curriculum Structure

Year 1 (Autumn Semester):

Winter School electives include Digital Marketing (MK6023) and Business Negotiations (BS6122), adding practical skills in communication and strategy.

Year 1 (Spring Semester):
The focus shifts to international and innovative perspectives. You’ll study Managing in the International Context (MG6082), Data Analysis for Business Decisions (MA6001), and Creativity, Innovation & Entrepreneurship (MP6014). Electives such as Globalisation & International Economic Issues (EC6022) or Commercial and Corporate Law (LA6092) broaden your expertise. A highlight is the International Workshop (MG6303) in the summer, which immerses you in global management practices.

Year 2 (Autumn Semester):
You’ll deepen your strategic and leadership skills with modules like Corporate Strategy Analysis (MG6003), Strategic Human Resource Management (PM6003), and Information Systems & Knowledge Management (MI6003). Electives include Relationship Marketing (MK6003) or Lean Tools & Techniques (AU6003). Winter School electives again provide flexibility in areas such as Corporate Social Responsibility & Sustainable Enterprise (MG6013).

Year 2 (Spring Semester):
The final taught stage emphasizes implementation and leadership. Modules include Implementing Strategy (MG6004), Strategic Leadership (MG6014), and The Strategic Management of Projects (MG6024). You’ll also revisit Creativity, Innovation & Entrepreneurship Management (MP6014) to refine your entrepreneurial mindset. The program culminates in a Management Project/Thesis, where you apply your learning to a real-world business challenge.
