Curriculum Structure
Core Taught Trimesters (Autumn & Spring):
You build a strong foundation with modules like Management of Projects & Change, Strategic Management of Projects and Leading Project Teams, where you explore how to plan, organise and execute complex projects while developing leadership, negotiation and decision-making skills. In the next phase you study Governance and Stakeholder Management, Decision Making & Negotiations and engage in a Company Project that gives hands-on experience with real organisational challenges.
Summer Trimester / Capstone:
The programme culminates with Hot Topics in Project Management and a substantial Capstone Project, where you apply your learning to a real or simulated project scenario, demonstrating your ability to integrate strategic, analytical and ethical considerations into project solutions.
