The International M.A. in Environmental Studies at the Porter School, Tel Aviv University, is an international program taught in English, designed to train and nurture the next generation of environmental leaders. Graduates of the program have careers in environmental consulting, national and international non-governmental organizations, civil service, environmental education, and more. The M.A. is a one-year (3 semesters) accelerated interdisciplinary program.Core courses provide students with an in-depth knowledge of Environmental Policy, Global Warming, Energy and the City, Ecology, Marine Systems in the Mediterranean, and more. A wide range of advanced courses allow the exploration of topics as diverse as Water Policy, Sustainability, Environmental Education, and more.
Bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 3.0 on a 4.0 scale or 80 on a scale of 100, a B.A. / B.Sc. degree in any field is accepted, A final grade of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale, IELTS: 6.5, all test components need to be in the B2 range, TOEFL: 550 paper/ 79 internet, No section below 52, No section below 17, Cambridge FCE/ Cambridge English: Advance (CAE)/ Cambridge English: Proficiency (CPE): pass (A, B or C)
