The Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, on the initiative of the Faculty of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences, has been active for several years in the first level Food-Identity Master 's Degree typical European products, a two-year master's degree that involves the various European university institutions .The Master, coordinated and administratively managed by the Ecole Sup rieure d Agriculture d'Angers was selected as part of the European Erasmus Mundus program .
