The activities related to the cultivation of the vine, the production of wine and its marketing are increasingly seen as a family of professions for which the degree of specialization is a fundamental element required by the operators of the vine-wine sector.The peculiarity of the Master is the global approach , which compares the productive philosophy of the Mediterranean countries, for which wine is a cultural product resulting from the terroir, with that of the countries of the new world, for which wine is above all fruit of technology.

Undergraduate degree obtained after a minimum of 3 years of study (180 ECTS), which satisfies the requirements for access to second-level academic studies, Excellent command of the English language, Upper secondary school who have obtained an average of the penultimate year of high school at least 7.5 / 10, and registration is open to all students with a secondary school diploma, passport photo, identity document, fiscal code, language certification if declared, document of stay only for non-EU citizens, baptismal certificate, enrollment application signed and receipt of payment of the first installment of university contributions, English Language requirment: Academic IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT:Minimum score required, Cambridge English: First Advanced, Proficiency 173, Cambridge English: Business Vantage, Business Higher 173.
