Program Overview

The aim of the Master is to transfer the logics and tools of Operations Management to professionals working in healthcare companies, presenting analysis tools and possible design solutions useful for setting coherent and effective change projects.In the case of healthcare companies, Operations Management deals with the planning, management and control of production areas operating theaters, hospitalization areas, first aid, diagnostics and ambulatory area where diagnosis, treatment and assistance are carried out with objective to ensure a safe, appropriate, timely and efficient flow of productive factors goods and patients. In the Master the two macro areas of intervention of the OM in health care will be deepened: patient logistics patient flows logistics and the logistics of things supply chain.

Undergraduate degree obtained after a minimum of 3 years of study (180 ECTS), which satisfies the requirements for access to second-level academic studies, Excellent command of the English language, Upper secondary school who have obtained an average of the penultimate year of high school at least 7.5 / 10, and registration is open to all students with a secondary school diploma, passport photo, identity document, fiscal code, language certification if declared, document of stay only for non-EU citizens, baptismal certificate, enrollment application signed and receipt of payment of the first installment of university contributions, English Language requirment: Academic IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT:Minimum score required, Cambridge English: First Advanced, Proficiency 173, Cambridge English: Business Vantage, Business Higher 173.
