Program Overview

The Catholic University of the Sacred Heart on the initiative of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery A. Gemelli establishes for the academic year 2019/20 the first-level Master's Degree in Nursing in pediatric intensive care.The first level University Master has the duration of an academic year for a total of 60 credits, equal to 1500 hours.The aim of the Master is to carry out a training course in nursing of high specialty for the stabilization and treatment of critical pathologies that require intensive support of vital functions in pediatric age. The Master aims to cover a training gap that is sometimes present in the preparation of Graduates in Nursing Sciences in the emergency from the neonatal age to adolescence.

Undergraduate degree obtained after a minimum of 3 years of study (180 ECTS), which satisfies the requirements for access to second-level academic studies, Excellent command of the English language, Upper secondary school who have obtained an average of the penultimate year of high school at least 7.5 / 10, and registration is open to all students with a secondary school diploma, passport photo, identity document, fiscal code, language certification if declared, document of stay only for non-EU citizens, baptismal certificate, enrollment application signed and receipt of payment of the first installment of university contributions, English Language requirment: Academic IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT:Minimum score required, Cambridge English: First Advanced, Proficiency 173, Cambridge English: Business Vantage, Business Higher 173.
