Gemelli establishes, for the academic year 2019/20, the second level University Master's Degree in Dietetics and Nutrition.The Master in Dietetics and Nutrition aims to transmit in-depth knowledge, aimed at maintaining a correct state of health and preventing the appearance of diseases, and to acquire skills for the use of safe food, an adequate diet and correct eating behavior .

Undergraduate degree obtained after a minimum of 3 years of study (180 ECTS), which satisfies the requirements for access to second-level academic studies, Excellent command of the English language, Upper secondary school who have obtained an average of the penultimate year of high school at least 7.5 / 10, and registration is open to all students with a secondary school diploma, passport photo, identity document, fiscal code, language certification if declared, document of stay only for non-EU citizens, baptismal certificate, enrollment application signed and receipt of payment of the first installment of university contributions, English Language requirment: Academic IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT:Minimum score required, Cambridge English: First Advanced, Proficiency 173, Cambridge English: Business Vantage, Business Higher 173.
