The Catholic University of the Sacred Heart, on the initiative of the Faculty of Medicine and Surgery A. Gemelli establishes, for the academic year 2019/20, the second level University Master in Operating Room Management.Operating Room Management is an emerging discipline that deals with the Management of Operator Blocks.The recent architectural, organizational and management re-engineering of the new Operating Plates increasingly requires specific skills to optimize certain aspects of the surgical path. Incremental improvements in the use of operating rooms in terms of appropriateness, effectiveness, efficiency and safety can have tangible consequences on optimizing the use of health service resources. The surgical unit is the one that generates the highest costs and has the greatest impact in terms of clinical risk for the patient

Additional Information & Requirements

Undergraduate degree obtained after a minimum of 3 years of study (180 ECTS), which satisfies the requirements for access to second-level academic studies, Excellent command of the English language, Upper secondary school who have obtained an average of the penultimate year of high school at least 7.5 / 10, and registration is open to all students with a secondary school diploma, passport photo, identity document, fiscal code, language certification if declared, document of stay only for non-EU citizens, baptismal certificate, enrollment application signed and receipt of payment of the first installment of university contributions, English Language requirment: Academic IELTS 6.0, TOEFL iBT:Minimum score required, Cambridge English: First Advanced, Proficiency 173, Cambridge English: Business Vantage, Business Higher 173.
